Additionally, we collect certain information in our server log files, whether or not you send us a request, in order for us to maintain and improve the performance of our web servers. We also collect the same information when you receive an error page. No personal information is contained in these logs. We do use statistical software to analyze our logs to obtain aggregate values on how many times a page is viewed, total number of visitors by country, browser popularity, and other similar totals.

Kids and Teens

Please, be sure to ask your parents for permission before you send any information about yourself to us or anyone else online or over the Internet. If you are under the age of 13, you must obtain permission from your parents. They simply need to send us an email indicating their approval of your participation in any of the services/resources which require the collection of personal information on our web site.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when using an online form only to complete that contact. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete/resolve that contact (i.e. verifying credit authorization or sending a package through a postal/delivery system).

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing a request only to mail the materials and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that request.

We offer gift-subscriptions or co-registrations by which you can request a service or item for another person. Information you provide to us to create an alternate user is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the service/item.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
